## FAQ

**What is free, exactly?**

Filling, signing, downloading and sending back are free with no monthly cap beyond a daily send limit that stops spam. Autofill is free for 3 packets a month.

**What does Pro add today?**

Unlimited signature requests, including bulk sends to a contact group, unlimited autofill packets with fair use, and a higher daily send limit. You can also save as many clients as you need, so their answers autofill the next form without uploading again, and remove the Sent with BettrPDF line (Account, More settings; it stays on until you turn it off).

**Is there an envelope cap?**

No. Free includes 25 signature or document requests a month, enough for a full new tenant, a renewal batch or a new hire. Pro has no cap and no per-envelope fee, and requests you sent that nobody signed never count against you twice.

**How much is faxing?**

$5 a fax of up to 30 pages, $20 for 5 or $50 for 15, and your first fax is free. Credits never expire and a fax that fails is refunded automatically. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

**How much is certified mail?**

$17.99 a letter up to 20 pages ($24.99 for 21 to 59), including printing, the envelope, USPS Certified postage, an electronic return receipt, tracking and a proof of service PDF. Add a First-Class copy of the same letter for $2. Paid once per letter; if the address is rejected you are refunded automatically.

**Can I send regular mail?**

Yes. First-Class mail is $3.99 a letter up to 20 pages ($5.99 for 21 to 59), printed, enveloped and mailed, with a proof of mailing PDF. No stamps, printer or trip to the post office.

**Is there a trial that charges me later?**

No. There is no trial. Free stays free, and Pro starts only when you choose it.

**How do I cancel?**

Account, Manage billing, Cancel. One click. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

**Can I get a refund?**

Yes. Email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full.
